Scuba Diving Course

South Tenerife3 hoursVoir le prix

Take the plunge with a small-group scuba diving initiation course in the warm waters of Tenerife. Your certified PADI instructor will guide you through the basics before you explore stunning underwater volcanic landscapes teeming with marine life.

A whole world has been down there the whole time

Everyone stares out at the ocean from the beach. Almost nobody sees what is actually under it. Strap on a tank off Tenerife and that changes in about ninety seconds. The surface closes over your head, your breathing slows, and you are suddenly weightless among volcanic reefs, drifting past fish that do not seem remotely bothered by you. It is quiet down there in a way nothing on land ever is.

You do not need to be a diver

If you have never dived in your life, that is fine. A PADI instructor takes you through the basics in shallow water, stays right beside you the whole time, and keeps the group small. If you are already certified, the volcanic landscapes and clear, warm Atlantic off the south coast are some of the best diving in Europe.

Who it is for

The curious, the first timers, and certified divers after something new. It suits almost anyone reasonably comfortable in water. If you want the sea without going under, try the submarine tour, or stay on top with whale and dolphin watching.

Before you dive
